Maigne Syndrome: Sciatica of the Thoraco-Lumbar Junction
Lateral hip, lumbosacral, and groin pain are often due to lumbar spine or hip joint dysfunction. However, the next time you see these symptoms, be sure to assess the thoracolumbar junction (TLJ).
