What happens during my trial?

Getting your account started takes as little as 3 minutes! Once you complete the short sign-up process, you will have free access to ChiroUp’s platform for 14 days. You and your entire office will have the ability to utilize ChiroUp’s resources. No credit card is required. Your trial will include all of the Basic Plan features. For Plus or Premium add-ons, contact our sales team. Sign up for a free trial now.

Can I try different plans during my trial?

Yes! If you would like to see samples of the Plus & Premium add-ons, contact our sales team for them to send some samples to your inbox. Sign up for a free trial now.

What happens after my trial ends?

Once your trial ends, if you decide that you want to continue to have access to ChiroUp (which we sure hope you do, 😎) you will select your subscription plan & plug in your payment information. You can do this directly from your ChiroUp account or by contacting your support call specialist. Sign up for a free trial now.

If you choose not to stay on board, your trial will end and you will no longer be able to access your account. You will not be charged unless you decide to sign up for a subscription plan.

Does ChiroUp offer any discounts for recent graduates?

Yes. Recent chiropractic graduates will receive 50% off for their first 2 years with ChiroUp. Sign up for your free trial now.

Does ChiroUp offer free education accounts?

Yes, ChiroUp offers free student and faculty accounts during the duration of their schooling. You have to show proof of enrollment and an estimated graduation date upon signing up. Click here to sign up and make sure to select “Student” during the sign-up process.

Can you do social media posting to more than one platform?

Our Plus & Premium plans include automatic social media posting to ONE social account. Add other platforms for only $50/month each. Automatic posting is unavailable in the trial and is subject to paid subscriptions only. Social Media Posting Terms of Use

How will my subscription be billed?

As a subscription service, your plan is billed monthly on a recurring basis per location, not per user. *If you have more than one location, a second subscription is required. Don't worry, you'll still be able to access both locations from your user account‍!

Is ChiroUp HIPAA compliant?

Yes! ChiroUp is HIPAA compliant and a proud recipient of the HIPAA Seal of Compliance. Under HIPAA, the term electronic medical record (EMR) means an electronic record of health-related information on an individual that can be created, managed and consulted by authorized clinicians and staff within a single healthcare organization. 

Is ChiroUp compatible with my EHR?

ChiroUp has "click to copy" functionality so that you can easily import or copy patient reports & responses into your EHR for additional documentation.
