About the dataset

The following raw statistics were derived from an analysis of the ChiroUp provider network database. Data were derived from 2212 unique providers practicing in 1060 unique clinics. Data from chiropractic students were excluded. Unless otherwise noted, this data represents 24 months between July 1, 2019, and June 30, 2021. Patient satisfaction and clinical outcome metrics were derived from an emailed anonymous follow-up questionnaire sent to all patients 30-days after initiating care.

Total number of 30-day outcome surveys sent: 249,851

Total number of 30-day outcome surveys completed: 50,003

Average response/ completion rate for 30-day outcome surveys: 20.01%
